diarrhea heartburn nausea

Permanent acidity is no longer replaced by nausea and diarrhea, any idea what it is?

He had daily heartburn for 22 years. Suddenly, in February it was. Now I have diarrhea every morning. I mean the morning every day. All negative results. Drs. puzzled. Now I mild nausea every day and I lost 36 pounds since February. Still no heartburn and sleep through the night for the first time in my life. I would be happy with changes, if not for the diarrhea / nausea. I'm 40 years old. Any ideas?

Weight has much to do with heart burn so that is probably why you do not already have, since he lost weight. Have you been tested for Krohn or irritable bowel syndrome?
